How to prepare in the microwave:

For one person, 200 ml of water or milk

100g buckwheat flakes

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and cook in a microwave at full capacity (700W) for 1-2 minutes, add some salt if desired.

How to prepare in the bowl:

For two people, 500 ml of water or milk

250g instant oat flakes

Add instant oat flakes to boiling water or milk

Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally, then cook under a lid for 2 minutes

Add some salt to taste

Also suitable for baking, as for example used naturally with yogurt.

Enjoy instant oat flakes with the addition of fruits, dried fruits or nuts.
