We offer delivery services to all regions within the Kingdom and beyond.
Confirmed orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery time ranges from 2-5 business days within the Kingdom, and may vary based on the customer’s geographical location, at a cost of SAR 34.5.
We offer 24-hour delivery service within Riyadh city only, at a cost of SAR 34.5.
Refrigerated shipping within the following areas (Mecca, Jeddah, Riyadh, Eastern Province, Qassim) will show the cities covered by refrigerated shipping upon completing the order (refrigerated shipping for refrigerated and dry products at approximately 1-5 degrees Celsius) at a cost of SAR 37.95.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight of the order and the distance.
We provide free shipping for orders exceeding SAR 500.
Shipment Tracking:
Customers can track their shipments using the tracking number provided when the order is shipped.
Cancellation and Modification:
Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped.

When there are offers of more than 10% on some of the higher-value products in the order, free shipping does not apply to orders exceeding SAR 500.
