Natural Four Grain Flakes or Flex
50% corn, 30% oats, 10% wheat, 10% barley.
How to prepare in the microwave:
For one person, 200 ml of water or milk
150g four-grain flakes
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and cook in a microwave at full capacity (700W) for 1-2 minutes, add some salt if desired.
How to prepare in the bowl:
For two people, 500 ml of water or milk
250g four-grain flakes
Add the four cereal flakes to boiling water or milk
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then cook under a lid for 2 minutes
Add some salt to taste
Serve with milk, jam or berries to taste
The four cereal flakes are also suitable for baking, as they are used naturally, for example with yogurt.
Enjoy instant oat flakes with the addition of fruits, dried fruits or nuts.
