100% whole grain oat flakes
How to prepare in the microwave:
For one person, 200 ml of water or milk
150g whole grain oat flakes
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and cook in a microwave at full capacity (700 watts) for 3 minutes, add some salt if desired.
How to prepare in the bowl:
For two people, 500 ml of water or milk
300 g whole grain oat flakes
Add whole grain oat flakes to boiling water or milk
Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then cook under a lid for 3 minutes
Add some salt to taste
Serve with milk, jam or berries to taste
Whole-grain oat flakes are used to make muesli
Enjoy instant oat flakes with the addition of fruits, dried fruits or nuts.
